Description of property

Tan Y Fron is a fully refurbished, traditional, stone built detached cottage in an elevated mountainside position near to Llanberis with views of the Snowdonia Mountains and the lakes below. With two double bedrooms, one single and a family room with a double and a single bed, as well as a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep up to eight people in comfort. The rest of the accommodation is made up of a fitted kitchen, a dining room with extra seating and a sitting room with a wood burning stove. To the exterior of the cottage is off road parking for three cars, a lawned garden area with outdoor furniture and a BBQ, as well as secure bike storage. Wonderfully located between the mountains and the coast, Tan Y Fron is a fabulous holiday cottage, no matter what you want to do whilst you are in North Wales.

Note: Garden is on a slope, and an unfenced stream runs through it during wet periods, children should be supervised.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
