Description of property
This property is one of three cottages that are located in the tranquil surroundings of the Storws Wen Golf Club. Guests here receive temporary membership for free, allowing them access to all the facilities enjoyed by its full members, such as Monty’s Eating House and the nine-hole course. The property itself is bright and roomy and offers fantastic views of the green and the distant mountains. A wonderful base for a family holiday.

Electric heating from storage heaters throughout, with additional heating from electric fire in sitting room. Electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV, DVD. All fuel & power inc. in rent (£25 heating supplement charged from 28th Oct - 10th Mar). Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Cot & high chair available on request. Temporary club membership & unlimited golf inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Large shared garden area with lawn and furniture, private patio with BBQ. Up to two well behaved dogs welcome (not allowed on course). Sorry, no smoking. Clubhouse on site with Monty’s Eating House on first floor, shop 2 miles. Note: The garden area at this property is not fenced off.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
