The Cottage The Cottage has 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 in total. There is a twin bedroom with bath, shower, WC and washbasin and a double bedroom with shower, WC and washbasin. Leading off the double bedroom is a spacious garden room.
There is a large open raftered living room with an attractive electric coal effect stove. Entry is via double stable doors through the utility room into the kitchen diner with French Windows into the South-facing garden from which visitors can enjoy mountain views and the sound of water babbling down a cascade of 5 ponds.
Facilities include storage heaters, electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, TV, DVD, video, music system, garden furniture and a large selection of books, games and films. Linen, towels and electricity are provided as well as central heating during the winter months.
Prices
The Cottage is available throughout the year. Change over day is Friday with short breaks available out of season.
Weekly prices are from £360 to £550 depending upon dates. Prices are inclusive of everything, including central heating in winter months, but excluding the weekly rover tickets for the railway. In 2008 these are available at £17-50 per adult per week representing great value. The property is accessed via a steep tarmac drive which winds its way for half a mile climbing 500 feet through ancient woodlands.

The Manor House
The Manor House is no longer available for self catering accommodation but is available for hire as a film location - North Wales is a very popular location for the making of films. In October 2008 the house appeared on 'Y Ty Cymreig' the S4C programme about Welsh houses.
