Maes Gwyddau is a single storey cottage in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the edge of the village of Llanfwrog just 4 minutes walk from Penrhyn Bay and near to Holyhead, on the Isle of Anglesey. Boasting two double bedrooms and one with bunk beds, as well as a family bathroom, this cottage is suitable for six people. Also contained within the cottage are a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and an open fire. To the outside of the cottage is a lawned garden with a patio area, outdoor furniture and a barbecue as well as off road parking for three cars. Being just 400 metres from the coast and less than two miles from Sandy Beach, Maes Gwyddau is a fabulous cottage for a wonderful beach holiday.

Nearest beach 4 mins walk. Beautiful Sandy Beach 1.5 miles.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,This property was in an excellent location for some stunning walks & scenery. It was a cosy cottage - the owners had put the heating on even though it was the end of May but after a 6 hour journey and arriving at 11pm, this was greatly appreciated! They had also installed a brand new cooker - greatly appreciated!

,A dog-friendly cottage in a beautiful location. Generous heating and hot water. Good walking area close to the sea. A good mix of coast and rural - a perfect holiday location for families with children. Well equipped including flat-screen television, freeview, sound system and dvd player.
