This semi detached 18th century barn conversion occupies a wonderfully rural mountainside location, on a working sheep farm two miles from Dolgellau, in Snowdonia. Offering comfortable, welcoming accommodation set over the ground floor, this cottage has a king-size double bedroom, a shower room, and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. There is wonderful mountain scenery all around the cottage, which is ideally placed for enjoying walking, climbing or discovering the castles, beaches and landscapes of the area.

Full oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, slow cooker, fridge, colour TV, DVD. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Lawned garden with patio, furniture and lovely mountain views. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 2 miles. Note: babes-in-arms only. Note: There is a steep, single track road leading up to the property, with two gates that must be opened and closed en route.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The cottage was very cosy. The location was very nice and beautiful situated. The surroundings were fantastic and it was a joy to stay here in the middle of nature. So peaceful and quiet. Lots of walks possible.
