Graig Las is a semi detached, stone built barn conversion, set on the owner's land, two miles from the village of Llangynog, fifteen miles from Bala and close to the Snowdonia National Park. This cottage sleeps six people and has two bedrooms, consisting of one ground floor double and a first floor double, as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also has a fitted kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room with woodburner and a mezzanine sitting area with a sofabed. The outside of this cottage has a rear patio with garden furniture and a brazier, a hot tub and off road parking for two cars. Located close to many places of interest, Graig Las is a wonderful holiday home.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property feedback
The cottage was perfect for our needs - cosy, with great facilities - the choice of furnishings suited us and the dogs really well. The location was stunning - private and quiet - perfect for a relaxed holiday with no disturbances. We really appreciated the provision of basic food and cleaning products, as well as the DVDs, books, puzzles and plenty of local information. Would highly recommend Graig Las to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay in the beautiful Welsh countryside.

,Fantastic peaceful location. We had a lovely time - nice woodburner and comfy sofas. The bathroom was fab too - nice warm baths after chilly days out. Good central location for visiting so many places.
