Set in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park, this attractive stone-built, mid-terrace cottage is situated in the scattered village of Cwm Penmachno. Located in the green hills of the Machno Valley, this quarryman's cottage is set against a wonderful, mountainous backdrop and offers cosy accommodation with original beams and exposed wood flooring. With a number of scenic walks through the local area, including one that passes the spectacular Conwy Waterfall, the Snowdonia National Park and a magnificent golf course, there’s sure to be something in the region to suit all tastes and budgets.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property feedback
We loved the remote location; peaceful, the ability to walk out into the valley from the doorstep, and to have breakfast in the garden looking up at the hills with just the sheep for company.

,The village and overall location is really beautiful and is a good centre for exploring. The neighbours are friendly and I liked the cottage - it was a real home from home. We didn't want to leave!
