Description of property
Situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac and close to the centre of the pretty seaside resort of Barmouth this lovely stone-built cottage was constructed during the 18th Century. Retaining much of its original character, the property is just a two minute walk from the nearby blue flag beach and has exposed oak beams and stripped oak floors as well as views over the harbour to the beautiful Welsh mountains beyond. With wonderfully diverse paths along the coast and hills, this property makes an excellent base from which to explore the stunning Welsh countryside.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, 2 x colour TVs, DVD, CD player etc. All fuel, power and starter pack for multi-fuel stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring own beach towels). Stairgate available. Off road parking for 1 car with additional roadside parking available nearby. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shops and harbour 2 mins walk. Pubs/restaurants 1 min walk. Note: There are 8 steps up to the front door and 10 steps to the rear entrance.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property feedback
The cottage was lovely & full of character, well equipped and with lovely old furniture. Felt like home from home & very relaxing. The location was excellent with views of the sea & estuary. The owners were very nice, helpful & on hand. To top it off we had the best weather of the summer holidays! We'll be back!!

,The property is in the heart of Barmouth and hidden in a little cul-de-sac; so you get into town within a few paces but you don't hear the hustle and bustle of the street.
