Conifers Cottage is a 500 year old stone built cottage on the Talhenbont Hall Country Estate near to Criccieth in North Wales. With one double bedroom (with ensuite facilities) and one family room as well as a family shower room, this cottage can sleep five people. The cottage also contains a well equipped kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with an electric fire. Outside the cottage is a private garden area with outdoor furniture and a BBQ as well as plenty of off road parking. There are also fishing, tennis and woodland walks included with this cottage. With a number of other cottages on site making it ideal for large groups of over thirty people, Conifers Cottage is a wonderful holiday home for anyone wishing to explore the delights of North Wales.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

Property feedback

The cottage was the best we have ever stayed in and the setting was marvellous. We loved the wildlife, the gardens and the woodland walks. There was something interesting (and quirky) to see at every turn. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the noises from the 'Quackery' only added to the charm. Definitely a holiday to remember.
