Cefn-Yr-Efail is a superb converted Smithy in the hamlet of Golan near to the harbour town of Porthmadog on the North West coast of Wales. It has been renovated to a very high standard and can sleep eight people in its four bedrooms that are made up of three doubles (one with ensuite) and one twin. The cottage also has a ground floor family bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. There is a gorgeous, fitted farmhouse kitchen with a dining area as well as a spacious living room with a flame-effect electric fire. To the outside of the cottage is ample off road parking and a garden with decking, a gravelled area, a lawned area, outside furniture and a barbecue, all with stunning mountain views. Cefn-Yr-Efail is a lovely holiday cottage and is located in a wonderful part of North Wales making it the perfect location to spend a holiday exploring all that this region has to offer.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,Our holiday was excellent, the cottage was absolutely immaculate. It's a brilliant location for seeing this part of Wales and even if you stayed indoors there are fantastic views of the countryside and mountains from the windows.

,Fantastic house, really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our needs - we stayed in and cooked each night as we had an 18 month old toddler with us (who loved all the space). The landlord was very nice; left milk, fruit, etc for us which was appreciated. Overall, excellent standard.
