This delightful property is a pretty, 18th Century cottage situated on a quiet country lane half a mile from the charming village of Llanbedr. Just three miles further down the road is the town of Harlech, putting this wonderful home-from-home in an excellent location for those looking to explore the wooded hillside overlooking beautiful Cardigan Bay. This property comes with a well-equipped kitchen, a cosy sitting room with wood-burning stove as well as lovely views of the sea.

Night storage heaters throughout with additional heating from woodburning stove in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, colour TV with Freeview, DVD and iPod dock. Fuel, power and a starter pack of fuel for the woodburning stove inc. in rent - extra supplies can be purchased from owner. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Lockable bike storage. Private patio area with garden furniture. Garden area with arbour and BBQ (BBQ coals can be purchased from owner). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Babes in arms only please.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
