Details: The Ferns has 7 en-suite letting rooms, all attractively furnished. Particular attention is given to the matching soft furnishings and those “little extras” to help make your stay more pleasurable. With a choice of twin, double and family rooms, we are able to accommodate individuals, couples, families or large parties. Your hosts will ensure the best of service in a friendly and informal atmosphere.

We are able to offer our guests a beautifully appointed and spacious lounge with a ‘real flame’ gas fire for the cooler evenings and a large bay window giving fantastic views, just the place to unwind after the days activities. Available for guests use is a selection of board games, reading literature and various maps and books to help plan your day, along with a stereo and remote, colour television.

The following rates are per person per night and include a full cooked or buffet breakfast

All Fri/Sat/Sun reservations during peak season must be a minimum of 2 nights, and 3 nights on Bank Holiday Weekends.
Please telephone us if you require a 1 x night stay, we may still be able to accommodate you.

We do not accept coaches, however group bookings are very welcome from 2-16 people (no stag or hen nights) but must be a minimum of 2 nights (3 nights over bank holidays)

The Ferns Self Catering Cottage
The Cottage is one of the most perfectly situated self catering holiday cottages in Betws-y-Coed. Ideally located, right in the village centre, but bordering peaceful countryside and beautiful woodlands. Yet, just a 5 minute stroll away you will find the bars, restaurants, shops and the main centre of the village including the Railway Station and all its attractions.
The cottage is set in a peaceful gravel courtyard, with outdoor sitting areas and surrounded by flowers, shrubs and trees. It would be hard not to relax and unwind whilst listening to the vast array of bird song on offer. The cottage is traditionally and beautifully furnished to a very high standard to ensure your stay is a most memorable and enjoyable one.
