Situated at the rear of the main Guest House, our delightful converted Coach House is approximately 250 years old. It has been tastefully and completely refurbished in recent years to make it a very cosy and comfortable holiday home (sleeping 4) in all seasons.

Details: Self Catering Cottage

The Self Catering Cottage is the ideal location from which to explore the Snowdonia National Park, and the rest of North Wales. The numerous shops, and places to eat in the village of Betws-y-Coed are within walking distance.

The accommodation in the holiday cottage comprises of a lounge with exposed wooden beams and a pot bellied wood burning stove (there is an ample supply of chopped timber available in the log store). Electric storage heaters are fitted throughout the cottage, but the wood stove gives a lovely atmosphere as well as a warm glow! There is a colour TV and video and a small quantity of board games, playing cards, jigsaw puzzles etc.

A fully fitted Kitchen, with electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge and filter coffee machine and under sink water heater leads off from the Lounge, and the fully tiled shower room with toilet and vanitory unit lead from the Kitchen. All cutlery, crockery and utensils are provided and a barbecue grill, garden table & chairs & parasol are provided on the Cottage patio during the main summer season.

Up the stairs, (a child safety gate is provided) there are 2 bedrooms. The double room has a "stable door" from which you can watch the birds in the woods or listen to the owls as you lie in bed. The smaller bedroom has full size (6'3" long x 3' wide) pine Bunk Beds. The Cottage provides ideal accommodation for a small family where the children can amuse themselves without you having to worry that they may be disturbing other guests!

3 star quality Guest House accommodation overlooking Betws-y-Coed in the Snowdonia National Park, offering Bed and Breakfast (B&B) with optional Evening Meal.

The bedrooms are all equipped with colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities and hair dryers. Most rooms are en-suite, and the accommodation on the front of the house enjoys spectacular views across the village of Betws-y-Coed towards the mountains of the Snowdonia National Park.

Our Dining Room offers a delightful setting for Breakfast (normally served 8-9am daily) and our Evening Meals (normally served at 7pm). Guests with any special dietary can be catered for by prior arrangement. Packed lunches are also available.

After your meal, relax with coffee on our terrace and patio as the sun sets in front of you. In the summer months, relax on the patios, enjoy the sunshine, the magnificent views of the Conwy & Llugwy Valley's and admire our gardens, comprising of over half an acre.
